• Full site measure and detailed as-built drawings

• Comprehensive, to scale floor plan(s), including furniture

• A curated Look + Feel booklet featuring focused inspirational reference imagery

• An itemized budget for fixed finishes, including hard finishes, appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures, hardware, and window treatments

• An itemized budget for soft finishes, including furniture, rugs, décor, and art
